WEINIG – HOLZ-HER Merger of North American Operations Begins

Michael Weinig Inc. and HOLZ-HER US, Inc. announced the first phase of the integration strategy for their respective companies. HOLZ-HER US, Inc. will be relocated to WEINIG’s Mooresville facility in a multi-phase operation.

The WEINIG and HOLZ-HER products will be sold through distinct distribution channels, gaining strong synergies with a combined facility to create the best service for customers with enhanced parts, service, and technical support on a nationwide basis.
